Surgical Case - Presacral Neurectomy

This video demonstrates technique for Presacral Neurectomy, a procedure that severs the sensory nerves from the uterus. This procedure is best for woman who have recurrent central pelvic pain who desire to preserve their uterus for childbearing. This procedure is performed rarely in the US as very few surgeons are trained to do it safely, but we offer it at NWEPS to appropriate patients.
