Bridgette began her career in medical administration in 2013, transitioning from the beauty industry with a strong desire to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. Her interest in surgery coordination was sparked by her own experiences navigating treatment for adenomyosis and fibroids, which gave her firsthand insight into the challenges patients often face in understanding medical systems and insurance processes.

Over the years, Bridgette has coordinated surgeries across a range of specialties, including otolaryngology, colorectal, orthopedics, and cardiothoracic surgery. Her professional proficiency is further enriched by her personal journey with chronic illness, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). These experiences have deepened her commitment to patient-centered care and strengthened her passion for working alongside physicians who truly listen to and advocate for their patients.

Originally from Florida, Bridgette relocated to Portland in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, she enjoys creating miniatures, gaming, and spending quality time with her partner, close friends, and her beloved cats and ferrets.
