New Surgical Video - Rectovaginal Dissection with Stapled Disc Resection

This recent case demonstrates technique for rectovaginal dissection in high grade endometriosis, as well as technique for use of an EEA stapler for anterior wall disc resection in rectal wall endometriosis. While this video is geared towards surgical education, it may be of interest to women with high grade endometriosis who may need similar procedures.
