Thank you for visiting the site of Northwest Endometriosis and Pelvic Surgery, the practice of Nicholas Fogelson, MD.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we are closed for office visits and surgery until at least April 1, 2020.  

 

We are still available by phone to answer questions for current patients, to setup free phone consults / review records.  We can also address urgent needs in person as needed for current patients.  

 

In the meantime, we encourage all to stay safe and try to stay out of contact with large groups of people until the epidemic has been adequately addressed.
